Territory Sales Manager – Dealer Development (Precision Ag)

  • Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Area (Field-based / Remote)
  • Travel: 50-60% (Primarily regional; majority of trips are day-travel with same-day return)

  • We aren't looking for a "suit." We need a high-energy, "boots-on-the-ground" leaderwho knows the Texas ag industry inside and out. You won’t just be selling machines; you will be the architect of a world-class dealer network and a key stakeholder in a company with massive growth potential.


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Dealer Acquisition: Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential dealers to expand our Texas and Oklahoma footprint.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant for existing dealers, helping them scale sales volume and elevate service standards.
  • Hands-on Training: Lead product demos and train dealer sales teams—getting them as excited about autonomous farming as we are.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor moves and providing direct feedback to our R&D and product teams.
  • Field Presence: Spend time where the action is. While this is a remote-based role, you’ll be on the road 50-60% of the time visiting dealers and farm shows. (Note: over 50% of field travel allows you to be back home the same evening.)


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of successful sales experience specifically within the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Dealer Expertise: A proven track record of managing and developing independent dealer networks.
  • The "Texas Edge": Strong existing relationships with ag dealerships across Texas and Oklahoma is highly preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: You don’t need to be a coder, but you should speak the language of GPS guidance, Precision Ag, or autonomous systems.
  • The Closer Mentality: You know how to build long-term trust and close a deal on a handshake. We value results and "street smarts" over fancy degrees.
  • Requirements:Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
